I read she was in this group while in college, but I never knew anything about them. I wonder if there were other names in it we would know about. Well, I guess we would have heard that she was in a band with so-and-so if there had been anyone else in it who gained prominence.

Would it ever. I wonder if Chris had lost her baby fat? I find it so hard to believe that she was ever plump, as she has claimed.
I checked All Music Guide for more about the Rockin' Berries, and although they mention the band originated from an earlier band called the Bobcats, they don't mention Christine was in the band. Apparently they had a couple of top 10 hits in England but never made any impression in the U.S. An interesting bit of trivia about the Rockin Berries' first album is that one of the songs was co-written by Jim Capaldi and Dave Mason (pre-Traffic). It's amusing that two future members of Fleetwood Mac were involved with this minor British Invasion band.
