This is only my fourth class since my car accident in 7/05. I'm pretty proud of myself for getting back on the horse. Plus it makes me feel really good. Maybe we should require our leaders to do yoga. I think it would really help Bush and Cheney.

It would be a fantastic ticket. But Edwards has indicated he ain't running for VP again.

I'm not a huge fan of her, but then again, any candidate I would pick would basically be a Socialist, and therefore unelectable.
As far as Hillary being electable...I dunno. Depends on who the Republican nominee is. She may have a better shot against McCain than against Guiliani. Has Mutt Romney announced that he's running yet? |

Listen girls, you need to get a woman in there! Women are more sensitive. You'd have less sons and daughters going off to war. Women's health issue's would be at the forefront. Longer materrnity leave, hey you might even get paid leave every month for menstruation including all supplies All cosmetics and cosmetic surgery will be paid for. All hair appointemts including two hours pay, every six weeks for the hair appointment. And finally, two free shopping days every month! Just think of the possibilities girls (and guy's ) !

Ah, he's just saying that. He'd totally do it if he doesn't win the nomination.

New Mexico gov Bill Richardson entering the race. I think he'd make an appealing VP candidate but don't think he'll go far in the primaries. The west and southwest are crucial for a Dem win, as is the Latino vote, and he can help deliver this.
Actually, a Clinton/Richardson ticket could be really strong. |

To address the issue of Obama's inexperience:
What really constitutes true experience to be President? Bill Clinton's experience was running a very small state and had no foreign policy background. Hillary Clinton has been in the Senate for 6 years; is that really that much more than 2 years? She was an active First Lady, but I'm not sure that counts much more than Obama's experience in the Illinois State Legislature. Now if we were to compare the experience of Al Gore or Joe Biden against Obama, then it is no contest. |

Okay, I'm more or less having a conversation with myself here.
So, I really think Richardson is running for Hillary's VP slot. I struggle to think why he would believe that he'd have a better chance than the top 3. But he needs some national exposure, so he'll do the campaign for a bit, drop out when he comes in 4th or 5th (or worse) in the first few primaries, but will be strongly considered a good shot for VP nominee. He was in the Clinton Administration and I think good friends with Sen. Clinton? I wonder if they've already talked and set things up for a Clinton/Richardson ticket. That would be powerful--many people are longing for the Clinton years and two people from that era running together could be the ticket to success. On another note, anyone see Kennedy on Meet The Press? He said that he will support John Kerry if he runs. |

Hmmm. A lot of people were talking about Evan Bayh as Hillary's VP. Richardson is a good choice as well though.
