Oh I love this! Thank you for posting it. For me, the lyrics have always been the main attraction and this arrangement really allows the words to sink in. The "lift you up to God" lines are my favorite. This is gonna be one long weekend waiting for the vinyl delivery!

I still think the Buckingham/ Nicks version from 1996 is much better in my opinion.

I think I like this better than the 90s version, after a few listens. There's something about it that's just really nice.

Oh, I would've much rather she'd redone Gold & Braid. I don't care for this at all.

I respect that but I never really connected with that song... But I liked the dance she did during it in the HBO special.

Better than the Twister soundtrack version,
But not nearly as good as the demo from the Enchanted album - which
is one of her greatest.

Yeah, I agree. I don't feel this version at all. The passion and the anger are gone.

I really like the "Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers" musicality/groove of this new version and her voice sounds GREAT on this...but I still like the "Twister" Soundtrack version with Lindsey a heck of a lot better. Can't help it.

We differ on that one. I loved the demo but soundtrack version was so light it was insignificant. It just sounded like a blah song. This is perfect.

Gotta agree. I was so, so skeptical when I learned that we were getting yet another version of this song, but wow, this is pure perfection. Pure perfection.

This version is absolutely gorgeous. So pleasantly surprised. "Well, I got your demons"

The Twisted version will always be my favorite. In fact, it's probably one of my top ten Stevie solo songs. The demo version on Enchanted was OK. I like this version more than the demo but less than the original. But I like the sound of it a lot and Im pretty sure I'm going to like this CD a lot more than almost all of Stevie's other solo CDs.
