Lindsey looked so unhappy and tense in a lot of photos from that event. My best guess is he got yelled at and lectured by Mick before they stepped foot in front of the reporters. Stevie was most likely trying to make LB feel secure by squeezing his arm like that. Gotta keep the man happy lest he storms out and ditches the event.
