Peanut Butter Chocolate Crisp bar by South Beach Diet. wonder if it's loaded with sugar too?

I've tried to eat something for breakfast that won't make me sick, but everything I try ends up being a bad choice because it has too much sugar. I need something quick and on the go. any suggestions?

I just ate oatmeal. I'm not usually a breakfast eater, but lately I've just been way too hungry by the time lunch comes around - so I've started bring those variety pack packages of oatmeal. It's quick, 2 packs, a bit of water, heat it in the micro for a minute and just add milk.

^ I'm not a big fan of the WW yogurts for some reason. They taste funny to me - the sweetener maybe?

I had sushi for lunch. Sweet, sweet sushi. Mmmmmmmmm.

They took a little getting used to - they're thinner and a bit more "grainy" than others. But I was already eating a fat-free light variety - and the WW yogurt isn't that far off. I don't eat it that often - when I do it's not bad.

Now I'm eating baby carrots. Word to the wise..NEVER buy produce at Wal-Mart

^ I don't have a SuperWalmart close to me, thank God, so I'm not tempted by their cheap prices. I assume the quality suffers?
