'24 Karat Gold' on the charts

I thought I'd start a new thread so we know where to put everything regarding '24 Karat Gold' on the charts. Sales will also be mentioned.

To kick things off, '24 Karat Gold ~ Songs from the Vault' debuts at #5 on the Billboard vinyl albums chart. Not sure if it's on the main Billboard 200 yet based on this and I also don't know about sales.

For sure! The high-profile buzz surrounding Christine's return to Fleetwood Mac and their tour has served as collateral promotion and interest for Stevie's album.

What initially seemed like bad timing between Christine's rejoining the band and Stevie's solo plans has actually become very beneficial to her.

It's a wonderful album deserving of an audience. I hope In Your Dreams gets a bump too, as it is her masterpiece.

Well, the first proper chart news is in.

'24 Karat Gold - Songs from the Vault' debuts at #40 on the NZ albums chart (5 positions down on 'In Your Dreams') and #16 in Australia (8 positions higher than 'In Your Dreams').

I think that's great news! I thought it might get a bit higher than that in New Zealand but I didn't think it'd reach as high as #16 in Australia!

That means it's Stevie's first top 20 album in Australia in 25 years! That's fantastic news!

I'll report on sales if they become available.

Does anyone know if buying the bundles count as multiple units sold? For example, the digital + deluxe disc bundle...does that count as two units toward sales, in the way that a box-set or double-CD would?

mid week UK chart has 24KG at 16

It's made it to #15 in Ireland which is a WHOPPING improvement on the #33 peak of 'In Your Dreams'. I'm really surprised by the success this album has had so far, I just hope it does really well in the US!
