This thread got me thinking.....

I remember when McDonalds had this TV slogan ad running back in the late 70's...they would have people sing this as fast as they could: Big Mac Filet o'fish Quarter Pounder French Fries icy Coke thick shake sundaes and apple pie.....and then at the end of the commercial the narrator would sing "and the Coke ran away with the spoon" and they showed a little animated coke cup holding a straw in its hand and silver spoon running into the sunset together hand and hand.....

It ran for about 2 weeks, then it got pulled...

hmmm...wonder why....lol.....

Anyone else remember this????

OH OH OH!!!!!!! EEEEE!!!
Does anyone remember the McDonalds menue song?!?! It was kind of like what Reebokandlace mentioned. It played on commercials and the sunday news paper came with a 45 that had the song on it! It was shaped like a square and really thin, and if you got a record that said you won then you got a prize! It was mid-late 80's but I remember some of it: Big Mac, McBLT, a Quarter Pounder with some cheese, Filet o Fish, Hamburger, Cheeseburger Happy Meal, McNuggets, tasty golden french fries regular and larger sizes......

I was talking about shaving myself and Sparky taking the clippings, should he want them. Get your imagery correct

That has nothing to do with whether I think LB or La Nicks are hot.
