The child is alive...and have you ever witnessed an abortion...because I have had that unfortunate task to see one....the child is sucked out...which ever part they get to first...the suck it out bit by bit...and in a partial birth abortion...they puncture a hole in the head and suck the brain out!

Agreed. The embryo or fetus is not "screaming in agony" during the abortion.

To my knowledge, no one said that anyone should be able to have a partial-birth abortion in any situation. Those are for extreme cases.

Thank you for your colorful explanation, I'm sure you couldn't have said it any better.

Once again, know your **** before jumping into such a conversation. Partial-birth abortions are illegal in many states. The states that allow them have sole discretion as to when and why they are performed. They are only performed when the life of the mother is in jeopardy. The doctor and the state have sole discretion. Please do not confuse abortions with partial birth abortions because it makes you look idiotic.

And I'm still waiting for you to read the UN Charter and for you to define self defense.

The only thing that confuses the hell out of me and no one ever gives me a straight answer is how mpst people who think abortion is right don't want the death penalty. Osama and Serial Killers = Should Live and mother who isn't ready to have a baby = kill it.
