I was watching some old "General Hospital" stuff on "YouTube," when "Caroline" was played in the background. Very cool.

This isn't randomly hearing them somewhere, but I guess it works -
So has anyone seen Life As A House? It's my favorite movie now, but when I first watched it, I actually squealed out loud at one point (I get excited easily) because Mary Steenburgen's character was wearing a Fleetwood Mac shirt. A really cool baseball tee with the penguin and everything.
Mary Steenburgen is my favorite actress so that added to the excitement...
Eh. I tried to contribute.

Oh wait I just thought of one -
Every Sunday afternoon on one of our local classic rock/oldies stations, they dedicate the whole afternoon to a "legendary artist" or however they term it. They don't play solely that artist - they just play them a lot more (like 4-5 songs an hour for about 3 hours).
A few weeks ago I was getting ready to go somewhere and as I turned on the radio before I showered, I discovered they were doing FM for their afternoon legend thing.
I was very excited and that shower ended up being like an hour and a half long (lots of singing ).

The other day I was into Wal-Mart and "Hold Me" started playing while I was at the checkout & I desperately had to contain myself from bursting out singing & screaming "THIS IS MY FAVORITE BAND KJSAOIDJOIFEWMKF."

....a couple weeks ago I was at the same place & 'Sara' was playing. They have a pretty decent playlist going on.

Ok, so this isn't exactly Fleetwood Mac, but I just had to share it because I was so shocked! I was laying out by the lake yesterday with my little radio, and Gold by John Stewart came one the radio!!!

Well that's definitely random.

Hmmm a few weeks ago I was driving through town with my friend and the truck in the lane next to us was playing The Dance version of Rhiannon. I seriously turned off my radio and rolled my windows down so I could hear it better

We later went to Target and I considered buying their Greatest Hits album but decided not to. Right after that we went to Arby's and while we were sitting down to eat Go Your Own Way came on. I took it as a sign that I should have bought the cd!

^ Arby's likes Fleetwood Mac! I spent the day shopping with my sister yesterday. We went to Arby's for lunch and Gold Dust Woman was playing. I started singing along - rather loudly - right then and there. Mainly just to embarrass my sister.
I was at a restaurant last week too, and they were playing Go Your Own Way. I hardly ever go out to eat, and now it seems that whenever I do, they're playing Fleetwood Mac. I can live with that.

The guy I was sat next to on the train was listening to Second Hand News, and I'm pretty sure I heard Edge of Seventeen, too. I was more freaked by the fact I recognized them that well

My local radio station, BBC Radio Lancashire, LOVE Fleetwood Mac and are always playing these two tracks plus many other Mac songs.

So much so, they are becoming EXPECTED now rather than unexpected
