1) Normally I'm pretty patient with customers, however; there are some who are such asses, that it makes me cringe. In fact, I personally praise myself for trying to be as nice as possible as a patron whenever I go shopping. I've found that kindness/patience goes along way.

2) I understand people are upset about the cancelled concerts, but I think that something might be going on within the band at the moment. I highly doubt FM would cancel a concert at such a short notice if it wasn't a huge emergency.

3) Homophobia. I'm a LGBT straight ally so it pains me to see my friends and their bf/gfs get discriminated against.
