Don't confuse it with the new Tab Energy Drink though(which I have yet to try). As hyper as I am, an energy drink is the last thing I need.
I have heard of the Tab Energy Drink - I think someone on here said it tasted like ass though

And saccharine is now the least toxic? When did that happen? Maybe I'm confusing it with Aspartame. I can't keep them all straight.

Either way, I'm a big Sweet and Low fan - so perhaps I'll have to see about picking up some Tab - I am almost out of soda...so I'll look for it when I go to the store!

That had to be one very interesting taste-test!

I'm a soda-junkie. Though much less than I used to be - now it's one diet soda a day - if that. When I first started WW I didn't drink any soda- but I missed it too much and it has no calories - so I'm back on the diet soda wagon..or off of it...or whatever.

How odd is it that so many peeps here drink Tab and Fresca.

i used to be a soda junkie too. then i read about how the phosphates lower the calcium levels in your blood, which leads to calcium being sucked out of your bones, which hinders weight loss and encourages osteoporosis.

oh god, i am debbie downer.

I read a competing study that says that's pretty much bunk. So I liked that study much better. Basically I'd have to drink more than a 12 pack a day to see the adverse effects described by other studies.

So I'm sticking with my soda!

Me too. IF I have another soda, later in the day(after my morning Tab), it's always a Fresca.

TAB soda/pop = good.

TAB Energy Drink = Bad. Very, very bad. Vomit inducing bad. My mouth is watering just talking about it - and not in a good way, more in that pre-vomit way.

I'm getting ready to go grocery shopping on my lunch hour.

Does the energy drink taste at ALL like TAB?

If I weren't soooo lazy, I'd go take a pic of my 20 or so 12-packs, and post it!
