Default Lindsey's new social media engagement

Lindsey put up a new post on his twitter/X account today (don't know if it also shows on any of his other social media).

"Excited to share stories, reflections, and a few behind-the-scenes moments with you all. Let's dive into the archives together!"

Then a short clip of him talking about a given topic. Today it was answering a question about any shows he remembers as being particularly special. He responds with early FM shows where they were on the bottom of the bill but playing big stadiums and getting that experience of large crowds.

https://x.com/LBuckingham/status/173...970065077?s=20

Also, someone on social media posted that he was dealing with long Covid effects. Anyone else hear this or know anything about it?

This is cool. Let’s hope he is able and willing to spin up more frequent interactions with us fans.

I can't get over how old he looks. It's like he has aged 10 years. I too wonder if long Covid is why. I also saw he is still wearing his wedding ring.

Janet Robin (guitarist from OTTC tour) mentioned in a recent interview that he was dealing with some long covid issues.

I'm happy to know he will share stories with us.
And yes, when I watched him at those close ups, he looks old. He is 74. Well I have met adults at 74 that look younger, but others that look older, too. I just hope he is healthy and if there are covid consequences, it is not that serious.

I can't wait to see more of his stories, interactions, etc. But please, pleeeease, that haircut!!! Please Lindsey change it, cause the only hat that fits with that haircut is the Buckingham Palace guard hat!

He lost some weight that I wish he would put back on. Those skinny jeans were actually a little baggy on that last tour. The weight loss also makes him look a little gaunt in the face.

LOL the hair is amazing...it just keeps getting taller. He's giving the '70s fro a run for it's money, but in more of a vertical direction

There's a country comedian named Gary Mule Deer, that does his hair like Lindsey, and people think it's hilarious. First thing he'll say when he walks up to the mic is, "man, it's WINDY out there!"

Dear Lindsey, your hair looks RIDICULOUS. Do something else with it.

Does he comb it up and back and hit it with aquanet!? I'm struggling to understand how he even pulls this off.

not sure what he INTENDS it to say, but suspect it's not what it IS saying

Also, wonder if he really wears it that way in his daily life, or whether it's a 'performance' thing....

Is it due to the plastic surgery?

I think Stevie had a lift, pull, and perhaps filler.

I saw all these comments and thought he must have turned into the cryptkeeper.

Lindsey looks and sounds great, that same wry smile and that same mischeivous twinkle in his eyes.

I love the hair. Callback to his David Lynch, Eraserhead look.
By contrast, how boring that Stevie has mostly had the same look since The Dance, give or take a few curly moments here or there. She should do a callback to her 80s perms now and then.

I understand concern for his health or age, but he's still the youngest of them (I think?), and this video doesn't give me any of the extremely frail vibes Chris was giving off pretty much that whole last decade.

Also I'm more interested in what he says than how he appears.
Plus I'm intrigued as to whether this is part of a run-up to a new album.
