I haven't even bought yet. Last I saw the Club was saying that the Houston show was in Dallas. I can't deal.

I'm a firm believer in "what goes around comes around" so I think that bastard who hit you will totally get his in the end...the thing that sucks is that you won't be around to see him get his...
Thanks. And damn the fact I was raised with morals, or I'd be around to see him get his.

Would you feel comfortable providing more detail? The cops made it seem like that's how this would end up. Yesterday I spoke to the other guy's insurance; they had called me the day before. The guy from Progressive came to look at my car, which pisses me off because my State Farm people have not even contacted me from claims yet, let alone come to see my car. (Guess I'm switching insurance soon. )
Last night I took a cloer look and saw that the rubber trim around what's left of my "mirror" is pushed forward, which should prove my account that I was side-swiped. If I hit him as he says I did ( ), then wouldn't I have had to have been in reverse on the highway for the mirror to go towards the front of the car? I hope that this proves my case, and that the cops just overlooked this evidence.

It's made me mad just hearing about this jerk.
Question - what the hell is a 'wrecker' and what is it doing on the roads? Is it a big wrecking ball thing??
It's a wonder that a guy like this doesn't have a trail of prior driving mishaps.
Well, I don't know his record. Hopefully there's something there.
A wrecker is a tow-truck. It was towing a car and trying to pass me on a narrowing median in heavy traffic. When the median got narrower he swung further into the shoulder next to my car, side-swiped me, and tried to take off three times. The heavy traffic let me catch up to him twice, but not the third time (when we were both exiting & he suddenly swung back to the far left & floored the gas). An hour later he was telling the cops at the station that he accidentally lost me. I can't battle evil, but I hope the odds are in my favor against stupidity.
