I love Lion King, but have never seen Fox & he Hound.
I want to see Slingblade.
As I've said before, IAWL has never done anything for me but as a yawn inspirer. I think maybe it's because I never saw it as a child, perhaps. And that my heart is the size of a snow pea.

Well, guess I don't need to see this one now.

I haven't seen it or read the book, but when I taught elementary my colleagues would say that they would break down crying when reading the book aloud to the classes.
What is it about dogs that does this.

I think this is an important and great movie, but I had to see it more than once before it really reached me. Spielberg doesn't make it a very intimate portrait like Playing For Time, for example(following one character), and I think that's why.

Ones I cried so hard that I had to be escorted out of the theater by my friends:

-Armageddon
-The Perfect Storm (this was legitimate, I have a HORRIBLE fear of drowning and deep water.... and I got dragged to see the movie by my friends)
I've seen only LOTR from this list, and my heart was like ice by the end. Loved the cinematography, though.

Thought of two more:
Ordinary People choked me up when I first saw it, and so did that telemovie Adam about John Walsh's kidnapped son. My brother's name is Adam.

Default the boo hoos

I normally don't cry at movies at all so:

Forest Gump (EVERY time I see this movie I cry when Jenny dies, it just kills me that Forest finally gets her and then she dies

The Fox and the Hound

Titanic (seeing all those frozen people really did it for me)

Beaches

Oh as a sidenote Where the Red Fern Grows is one of only two books that ever made me cry, the other was The Forest House.
