Johnny Cash rocks. Or did. And I am also a big fan of Mary Chapin Carpenter and The Dixie Chicks.

PBS had a Patsy show on last night. I only saw a bit, but I plan to tape it when it airs again.

I once heard George Jones do a version of Conway Twitty's "Hello Darlin" that was so damn good I bet Conway was spinning in his grave over it. And who can forget his immortal, "He Stopped Loving' Her Today?" Now, that's country music! I grew up on old school country music and still prefer the "classics" over this crap that passes for country today.

I used to be really into country when I was a kid...but the only one that I really like now is Reba. She was my idol when I was a kid and my first concert. This was back when she had BIG hair and it was sooooo awesome.
Favorite Songs: You Lie, The Night The Lights Went Out In Georgia, Til You Love Me, Take It Back, And Still, She Thinks His Name Was John
