The one that has always bothered me was right after "Landslide" but before Stevie says "Thank you, Lindsey," the shot, from behind, shows Lindsey saying something into the mic and gesturing toward Stevie. Was this audio cut completely, or was this just a shot taken from another part of the show?

The world may never know...

There's a few more scenes where it doesn't flow properly. Towards the end of "Say You Love Me" you can clearly see a string snapping while Lindsey plays (it's even a close-up during that moment) and when the frame changes, it's back there again.
There's also a moment where Chris changes positions on stage for a few seconds. That woman can move quickly!
You're welcome. They may have shot some of the songs more than once or have shot more than one night. That way they get more than enough footage. They just need to make sure the performers are wearing the exact same outfits both nights or it would look really odd. Like in Stevie's Red Rocks video where she shot all the closeups at a totally different time and her hair goes from being totally curly to straight bangs and back over and over again.

Another clip from the Mirage video, during Sisters of the Moon, there's a glaring edit after the bridge where in one shot Stevie's hair is matted down on her forehead with sweat but in another shot it's nicely coiffed.

Yes, they definitely shot 2 nights. I don't know if they did more than one take of any of the songs, though. The way Stevie talked about Silver Springs, though, I got the impression they just did one version of it each of the 2 nights.

Now, for Soundstage, they would do the song more than once, sometimes. I am not sure, but I think they did more than one take of songs for Live in Boston as well.

Anyone else notice that Chris can be heard counting in for Silver Springs, it's either the PCM Stereo, or the 5.1 Surround, but not on the other audio track? I always found that odd...

Yes, you can hear her when you listen to the PCM Stereo, but it's not there in 5.1
