she wore the top hat for GYOW for quite some time (Rumors, Tusk, Mirage). I don't think she wore it for Rhiannon, just the chiffon sleeves.

However, the front row was saved - he did not come out from behind the drum kit.

With Mac she's usually worn it for GYOW. The hat for RHiannon was relatively recent & for solo shows, I think.
