Hmm good point. I'm just not very turned on by the idea of traveling to see a band that plays the same setlist every night. But I guess it'll eventually happen here. It's too big of a market to ignore.

I actually take the official statement that they're so happy to be performing everyone's favorites as a threat.

No kidding. According to the Washington DC Ticketmaster listing, the official name of the tour is "Fleetwood Mac Unleashed: Hits Tour 2009"

I went to 7 shows in 03-04- only one for me this time around. With the ILAA VIP packages, its going to be impossible to get a decent seat for under $500. Say what you want about the fan club, but at least they offered premium tickets (including front row center- I still can't believe that they did that) to fans for what amounted to a ~$50 surcharge.

Hits tour. That's revolting.

Unleashed from the nursing home, but returning there very shortly.

Oh, well. No matter what, I cannot deny that I am excited to see them again. I wuv them. I am willing to pay for the VIP package if I can get good tickets without a lot of hassle. I am excited. Quite truthfully, March is a little soon for me, but I'll take what I can get!

Those tour dates are retarded. I hope they're adding more. I wish concert promoters/whatever would realize that PEOPLE LIVE IN CENTRAL AND WESTERN CANADA. Not everyone in this f'ing country lives in Toronto/Montreal/Ottawa. I can't afford to fly out to Ontario just to see a concert, and I'm sure others are just the same way.

These aren't ALL the tour dates. That article said the tour will continue through the spring/summer.

Yeah, I know more are going to be released, but it would be nice if they could play in Saskatoon/Regina SK or Calgary/Edmonton AB. tbh, I think quite a few people would take up the chance to see FM, especially if it's a "hits" tour.

If only they had asked Tyra Banks to join this time out -- things might have finally been as psychotic on the outside as they are on the inside.

Anyway, it's high time they released "Rumours" again. They ought to be ashamed of themselves, waiting four whole years.

And it looks like my prediction came true. Seems that the top ticket will be $150 or less, not that that's exactly "Free" but they're smart enough not to charge totally outrageous prices like THe Eagles, Stones ETC.

Kanata is a suburb of Ottawa. Just as Rosemont is the Chicago date, Auburn Hills/Detroit, etc.
