My favorite Christine track on RUMOURS. It's perfect, in my book. A wonderful showcase for the entire band.

On stage, she always got the everyone on their feet when she started in with the "Sweeeeeeet wonderful you..." part. Just a great song.

I miss Christine!!

My favourite track from Christine on Rumours as well, and one of only three tracks on Rumours that I bother to listen to any more...

What are the other two? Wait, let me guess, Silver Springs & Songbird?

Ugh, no way to SS - I can't even listen to that version. I listen to the version from The Dance only. The two tracks are "Never Going Back Again" and "Oh Daddy (Bonus Disc Version)"

Damn! Way off. I love SS... the rough/outtake on the bonus disc is so good. I've really warmed to NGBA - I used to skip it. I love the intro guitar.

Silver Springs was NOT on Rumours. Period.

All the "what ifs" in the world don't change that FACT.

So true, so true. Everyone always talks about Stevie playing incredible tambourine, but how easily they forget her spectaculr work on the guiro. And don't even get me started on her unparalleled skills at tapping a drumstick on a wooden block.....

I love the groove, vocals, and lyrics of this song. This song sounds so good to this day on the radio. I was in Ralph's the other day and was crusiin down the ailes to YMLF. Christine's blues background helped her pop in many ways....

I love this song live to...

When LB said her songs didn't come off well live... I begged to differ...

Don't Stop
YMLF
Hold Me
Songbird
Say You Love Me
World Turning
Save Me
Isn't It Midnight
Oh Daddy

Same with me...except my "other two" are "GYOW" & "I Don't Want To Know". But, even in saying that...I rarely listen to them, either.

It wasn't from 1977-2004, but since then, yes, it is.

Yes that was a bit of a daft thing to say, along with her songs not being "emotionally insightful". Methinks he doth protest too much.

Sometimes it would be better for Mr Buckingham to just shut up and play.

I'm sure he's just relieved he doesn't have Ms. McVie on stage with him, sapping his massive testosteronic masculinity and reducing him to a pale little girly man.

If a keyboard-playing English tea lady terrifies Lindsey so much, I'd hate to see him at a wedding shower!

I'm sure you're right! I don't think Lindsey likes to have anyone disagree with him. And I'd hazard a guess that Mc McVie disagreed with him a fair bit.
