Yes - I suppose it just makes us treasure those moments even more, however few and far between they are! Scouring YouTube for obscure clips, incredibly grateful when something like the US Festival footage finally emerges... Obsession is definitely the word!

At 15:50 Lindsey looks at Christine as if he's rediscovering her. So sweet!

Lindsey is in need of lots and lost of desperate hugs. Can I give him one?

I got tears watching this. I've always known how much they loved each other, but, it's never been show as much as right here in this youtube.

Yup. A Happy Destiny Rules. Seems like Lindsey is perfectly willing to work with someone else and write. Stevie co-wrote someone else on In your Dreams. The fact those two can't write together or trust each other with their music is telling of one or both of their inability to MOVE ON and create. Sad it came to this, they were better together and the sum of their parts then individually or even two at a time. Sad that Mirage is the last time they created together.

Iis Carnival Begin the first time Christine has played a Hammond B3 organ in an album since Tusk or Rumours? Seems like it has the potential to be the most WhiteBum/Rumours sounding track since... well... Rumours. Excellent!!

Most importantly, it was proved in this video it's not impossible to work with Lindsey. He wanted Stevie on board. She didn't want to work with him. I think he proved he moved on.

I was going to say.. and tango beat me to it...

If you notice the difference in Lindsey's behavior in DR vs. Making of BuckVie. It's unreal. I feel like Christine gives him a sense of validity and growth.

He tried soooooo hard in DR. He wanted to make his art so badly, he was willing to pay his own money for it.

Absolutely. Now, mind you, if Stevie were present, this new project could have been downright explosive (in a good way, partially because it would be also in a bad way). Still, I don't miss her when watching this. I see two singer-songwriters-musicians digging each other's work and very respectfully and happily working toward a common goal. Effing brilliant!

There's so much to love in this little film. Real affection and mutual admiration between the two of them. Seeing John at work - how wonderful.

'Red Sun' sounds great - it reminds me of Christine's classic storytelling songs, like 'Temporary One', in particular.

It feels very poignant, too. Christine seems so excited to be back there, to have been given another chance, that I just want it to go on forever for her. I want it to be a new beginning for them, but I wonder if it is?

I feel this album brings back what's been lost in Fleetwood Mac since 1975....a sense of being happy together! Now sure Rumours and Tusk were brilliant but they were also a bit discombobulated from the internal tension. Finally, a happy Mac again

It's interesting- judging by the title alone, I've been absolutely dreading hearing Carnival Begin. But here it is- by far the most alluring and classically Fleetwood Mac song we've heard since perhaps Destiny Rules. I'm really looking forward to hearing this album in its entirety now. I'd become quite anxious, given the poppy nature of the first few songs.

Just amazing! Thanks for posting and sharing.
Just curious though. I have one question to ask.

What would Bob Dylan think about all of this?
