Both are great!

I really like the bassline for the Young Edits version. Like most of these homemade Stevie remixes, there's a distinct Euro sound that can turn out to be brilliant or tacky. This is somewhere in between.

Someone made a video for the remix. It's a little cheesy, but it's cool that they went to all the effort for one of Stevie's songs.

I'm absolutely mortified that I love this as much as I do. Given the background of what Gypsy is really about and how crass and misogynistic the lyrics of this hip hop song is. But it's so damn catchy I have it on my iPod and pull it out from time to time. LOL.

Ha ha it's not bad eh? I love that you love it! I loved hip-hop back in the 90's and early 2000's and even though this is recent hip hop that I'm not crazy about I love that my 2 favorite genres (Stevie and hip hop) are blended together!

Wow, a little late to make a request, but if anyone would have this 1983 promo extended mix of Stand Back in a lossless format, it would be much appreciated.

Not to split hairs but I have the 1983 12" and this isn't on it, plus the mix is the Timespace mix so it has to be from 1991 or later anyway
