Default Buckingham McVie songs at Fleetwood Mac shows?

Hi all
What are the odds of Fleetwood Mac playing Christine's Buckingham McVie songs on tour this year?
I'd love to hear Red Sun with Stevie's vocals and Game of Pretend would make a good pre-Songbird encore.
What do you think?
I bet Lindsey would be absolutely ropable if they did this.

P.S. Sorry about all these hypothetical threads. I just really like exploring the what-ifs in life.

Cool Is less than zero a thing?

LOL Seriously though..it will NOT happen, guaranteed. Stevie, Neil and Mike had zero part in that, so no.

Speaking of...I just put on the BuckVie album and it's making me sad all over again knowing how amazing it would have been as a last FM album. I was picturing them singing In My World onstage with Steve twirling as LB sang "dancin', spinnin', dreamin', singin' in my world..." I can hear them all harmonizing on Love is Here to Stay on "wind blows...one way, time goes, but love is here to stay..." Mick getting to show his stuff on Too Far Gone with the drums...GAH! It just would have been the perfect way to go out...it's such a GREAT album to listen to. Sigh....these people...

I thought I was the only one who imagined Stevie performing on those songs! It would have been so wonderful....

Zilch. Stevie would never allow it.

I don't even know if Songbird will be included this time around. Christine is doing minimal playing these days. So Game of Pretend is a definite no.

They were written in her key after all.

Might be a better shot of hearing Holiday Road on this tour than a BuckVie number

I really don't think so, however I wonder if a buckingham Nicks song will make its way on the set, especially a Coffee Plant demo.

Even if Lindsey were there, I don't think any BuckVie songs would've made the set.

Unless of course they compromised and let Stevie do "Stand Back", but otherwise she'd have probably nixed it.

Prior to Lindsey’s departure I was daydreaming about Red Sun and my absolute favorite, Carnival Begin, with the three part harmonies!

I don’t think Stevie would be adverse to those songs but I do think it would be in very poor taste to do them now.

Anything that involves Lindsey that isn't Fleetwood Mac will be banned.

Guaranteed. Banned by Stevie, of course.

She's the worst thing that ever happened to them.

Know what I've banned? Goatwood Mac.

That would be a dream. Or, like they planned... Christine was going to guest in some of LB's solo shows and I imagine they would have played BuckVie or Hold Me or World Turning... Carnival Begin is a gem, too!

She did one in her solo set, so she might think of it as "hers" now to do if she wants (as in, doing it solo has given it an association totally not BN). Other than that one song, I'd say no.

I love Christine, and she has some of my most favorite FM songs; however, she's always struck me as the, how do I put this... least connected to her songs. What I mean is, Stevie has said several times she thinks of her songs as children and can't pick a favorite one because she loves them all blah blah, but Christine clearly does not feel the same way about her songs. She was interviewed for the Mirage Deluxe Edition and she admitted she hadn't bothered to listen to it weeks later. So I really don't think she feels passionate about her set list for the tour, she's more practical and is probably content to play whatever the rest of the band is fine with.

I would love to hear Songbird with guitar this tour.
