I just made a few additions to my online storage folder (the first four listed here), so I thought I'd post what's in my "Fleetwood Mac - Misc. covers" folder. Some of the tracks only sample FM/SN tracks (Wind Blows, Days Go By) and a few others are filed here because they didn't fit anywhere else (The Rotters, Radiohead)

I didn't post it because it just became commercially available, but Queen Latifah's new single "Cue the Rain" lyrically samples an entire verse from "The Chain."

I am going to go download CRAZY when I get home. I know Whiskeytown's "Dreams" very well and its okay, but definitely not my favorite Whiskeytown song. I am OBSESSED with Ryan Adams... he's second to Stevie in my book

I think this is the only rap song on my iTunes...haha, I'm so white. But the sample fits sooo well, and it makes me happy that it's truly a sample, and not re-recorded.

Um...we are officially best friends. I love Ryan. I'm so bummed that he's "retired"...although I'm not convinced it's going to last. His stuff with the Cardinals is my favourite, although I still need to get the Whiskeytown albums. They're hard to find in Canada.

Do you have "Infinity Blues"? I'm a writer and I LOVE a lot of his work in that. Then again, a bunch of it is just him being the cracked out, adorable North Carolinian chain smoker that we know and love
