Default RIP Spencer Davis

RIP to Christine’s old pal Spencer Davis, 81, from pneumonia. She was with him when he discovered a 15 year old kid who could sing like Ray Charles, named Stevie Winwood.

Fabulous band, big favourites of mine...bluesy voice of Winwood..

I won the single “Keep on Running” at a dance competition in 1966.
It was held at my local swimming baths...,(watery bit covered over).
Swiss mural scene at the deep end......happy days

It’d be great if Christine made an official statement. But she doesn’t appear to do that for anyone, so....

Hell, she won't even stand up for her musical collaborator of 43 years. Spineless.

Didn't she say they took turns. I honestly can't remember. But, RIP
