I am so happy the farewell big tour has been pushed until 2018. That means that Buckingham/McVie can spend time promoting this album and possibly do a tour.
I am getting excited!!!!!

There was something in the article about the two of them doing small intimate venues this year to promote the album. I'm not getting my hopes up though I think this will be just a few dates in the states.
Sorry I would post the whole article but I've no idea how to |

She mentioned her look towards a new solo album would be blues with Mick and John because they know blues.

2014/15 FM tour was spanning almost every continent?? huh? guess whoever wrote the article skipped some geography classes because last i checked Africa, Asia, and South America were still continents, and most bands regularly play there, unlike FM.

I'm not so sure about most, but some certainly do. To be fair, lots of bands rarely play anywhere other than North America and Europe, with maybe the occasional trip to Australia.

Warners
Since Warners has many of the LB solo projects, perhaps a "Best Of" LB solo or box set was part of the deal.

Christine has been teasing a blues solo album ever since Rick Vito joined. It's only been thirty years.
I'd love to see her form a "new" blues band with Mick, John, and Rick.
