From the Smirnoff site (I don't see any detailed info on rows):

No food, drinks, coolers, lawn chairs, umbrellas, or cameras allowed. The amphitheatre institutes a "No re-entry policy" for all events. Gates into the pavilion open ninety minutes prior to the scheduled performance time. Certain shows may restrict all beer and wine sales at that performers request. Note the clock in the concession stand indicates the time that the sale of alcoholic beverages is scheduled to be discontinued. Events go on as scheduled, rain or shine. If it rains on the day of an event, lawn seat patrons are encouraged to bring a blanket or plastic tarp to sit on.

That stinks if it rains. At Blossom on Sunday they let us bring in chairs, food in bags, and umbrellas (which was a good thing since it poured) for the lawn, oh and water too but no soda since they wanted $4 for a 20 oz that you get at the store for $1.25 and it was luke warm at best. No coolers.
