Even if they continue this summer in Europe or wherever, this 2009 year could be the last, since they are in their 60s. This quote was copied from the Stevie forum, a post where they all discussing about noticing Stevie lack of energy, in many songs. A tour is a hard job, even if they enjoy it. So this could be the last time we hear The Mac is back

I hope its not the last, but they are getting old like we are.How many other groups make a notice saying this is it.but in a few years they come out of the woodwork and tour again.I think Stevie will come out and do 1 to 2 dozen shows a year in key cities, like she said in a couple of interviews,Lindsey probably hit the road time to time.John probably be sailing in his boat, Mick will be at Costco.saling his wine.Eagles say quits a couple of times.Recording a new CD, with new tunes, thats a good question.I'm still waiting.

Ofcourse not. Mick, by the time he's blowing bubbles in a wheelchair, will rip us off anytime, in a heartbeat.

I still think they're in year one of a three-four year cycle (something like tour, new album, tour, new GH package, farewell tour)

My gut instinct is to say, yeah, especially if they keep canceling dates and Lindsey and Stevie are still having issues with each other at the end of the tour!
Then again, Fleetwood Mac is VERY much a pheonix (what a great album title for this band!), so who knows???

I've heard they're getting along during this tour- I think the band has said that.

Hasn't Stevie said that Say You Will was NOT a pleasant experience?

I think only after the fact - they often say things are going fine while it's going on.

I don't believe this tour is their last, although it might become that should one of them meet with an unfortunate & unexpected end.

Otherwise, they'll tour again as Fleetwood Mac. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.

I think this could be the last tour. Even if they will do Europe and Australia than you could see this as a farewell tour. After all they only play their greatest hits on this tour. But than again, perhaps they will make a new album after the tour and i'm sure that they will go on the road again if they make a new album...... We will soon know i think. If the news of a new album comes and the end of this tour than they will go on, if not i think this could be the last time we saw FM.............

That reminds me that there's still a double bill with the Eagles in their future.

I'm not worried it's the last tour, the last tour will probably be billed as siuch and it will probably happen even if one of them does come to an unexpected and unfortunate end. In that event, the tour would probably be fashioned as a tribute to the departed.
