Maybe she put "Easy Come, Easy Go" on the album because she wanted one McVie/Quintela song on there. I actually like that song now more than I did when I first heard it. But I don't think it's anywhere nearly as good as "Come Out To Play". And, I don't think "Come Out To Play" is about the ITM's mystery man. Maybe that's why she didn't leave it on.

"Come Out To Play" is now among my top 5 songs on the album.

I wonder how much more "filler" is out there?

I agree - if it's a personal song it sounds as if it's about a friendship that's about to turn into something more and although that's what she wants she still isn't quite sure

Pleeeeease could someone either re-upload the song, or tell me where I can find it elsewhere. I haven't had a chance to be online much lately.... I clicked on the link and it said it expired. Thanks!

I've been listening to this quite a lot over the last few days.

It definately sounds like she can't make her mind up about someone she's known for a while as friend but she's not sure whether to keep it like that or rip his clothes off and ravish him on the spot!

I thought for a while that Givin it Back was also about a friendship that has changed into something more but the feel of this song is way more sexual than Givin it Back.

I agree. I still think "Givin' It Back" is about her brother/family. It's never had a romantic feel for me. Not so with "Come Out To Play". It's a very sexy song & it's definitely about a long time friendship that either has turned or is about to turn romantic. It's definitely not about the "mystery man". It doesn't sound like he had been a long time friend.

I am now having doubts about Givin it Back being about a romance.

I agree that Come Out to Play is not about the mystery man.

Of course we don't know when any of these songs were written. It is tempting to think that there all about the mystery man but Easy Come, Easy Go can't be and obviously Dan's songs aren't.
