Do you REALLY think you're not going to get that with SOTM? Hell, I'd prefer "Welcome To The Room...Sara" because it's never been done live, it's never been considered a hit, she can still hit those notes, and it wouldn't tarnish an otherwise impeccable image I have of a song.
One could follow that logic, though, and say that "Sisters of the Moon" is risky because it's nearly impossible to top the "preserved in amber" perfection of performances filmed 30 years ago.

Oh gee...I better stop posting to message board dedicated to something I like. Wouldn't want my preferences to get in the way...

Yes I can. It's been done, and it's been done better. SOTM is perhaps the safest Stevie song on "Tusk". Risky, for me, would be "I Don't Want To Know" or anything after "Tusk" other than "Gypsy" or even "Seven Wonders". "Thrown Down" would even be a bigger risk.

Yeah, like your mom.

Not at all - I can appreciate other musical nuances and apparently have a much more varied musical landscape to experience joy from. Rhiannon and SOTM are not a comparison to me because I have NEVER seen or experienced it live and I don't care if I've seen it on youtube because sonically it's different live.

I agree some of those may be bigger risks but that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying SOTM, Without You, Sad Angel, Say Goodbye, and Not That Funny are songs not often or seldom done and are "risks" compared to having more hits per se.

She always said you had no technique.

I love as I see Sisters is on the setlist.I wonder how long tonight's setlist will stay in tack when I see FM on the 20th here CT at the Mohegan Sun.

I hope Sisters will be still on the list.

Varied. Note to self: songs that they've done before now qualifies as varied. Well f**k me. I'll remember that the next time I see a real artist who's willing to take a risk and do half of their new album live in concert.

That's only because I refuse to let the cat participate.
