Default Stevie and Bekka

does anybody know if these 2 girls have met personally? What does Stevie may think about Bekka singing Rhiannon during the tour, or in general about this Fleetwood Mac lineup?

I don't know if they've met, but Bekka didn't sing "Rhiannon" on that tour. THE only song of Ms. Nicks that Bekka did regularly was GDW.

The only other Stevie songs that I've heard Bekka might have done on a small, handful of shows were "Dreams" and "Landslide."

As for how Stevie felt about somebody else singing her songs in Fleetwood Mac, remember, she and Lindsey sang "Station Man," "Hypnotized," and "The Green Manalishi" early in their tenure, and, unlike GDW, those songs were (or later became) their respective writer's singature song. I would hope that she realized that it was part of somebody new joining Fleetwood Mac.

The rub, from what I've seen, isn't so much that they sang the "Rumours" era material as it was that Mick was trying to recreate the whole "Rumours" act with new people instead of creating something new. (This is true, BTW, of Lindsey, Christine, and even Billy, to some extent.)

Maybe I'm wrong but I remember an A&E ad of a Fleetwood Mac concert, from the Time era (tour?) and Bekka was finishing Rhiannon. I'm almost sure it was Rhiannon, though it was just few seconds and it seemed to be similar to the last screams when Stevie used to end the song.. "I don't change... you don't change... RHIAAAAAAAANNOOONN!!!!!!"... or something like that. But.. again, it was several years ago and maybe I'm wrong. Unfortunately I couldn't see the show. Just the ad announcing it for that week.
