I heard Think About Me last night at a downtown Philly Cosi. It took me a second to identify it.

I also heard Love in Store last week at a CVS, also in Philly.

So, I'm very interested in this model couple I found on Instagram. Alexis Ren And Jay Alvarrez, she did a shoot for Wrangler Australia (ladies high waisted wranglers are back) Which took me to their IG page. First thing I notice is SN and the bugs bunny pic from 76', I thought my eyes had failed me. How ironic and very strange. Scrolling along, more Stevie Nicks and even the Rolling Stone cover (in bed) are posted and SN is even mentioned as their muse. They're everywhere I find remotely interesting!!!!

Was just watching Parks and Recreation Season 5, Episode 12 and April finds a Fleetwood Mac ticket from 1995 (and an unmentionable) in one of Leslie's old suits. Then she says "I guess I'm going to the public forum in Leslie's Fleetwood Mac sex pants"

I was at a job interview this arvo
and Dreams was playing over the speakers whilst in the staff room.
In fact, I'm pretty sure the whole time it was all Stevie/FM but it was so soft and we were being VERY loud

At 2am this morning i was watching a documentary on TV about an Aussie photographer who travelled to Iceland where he had arranged to met up with an American and 2 local guides at a base camp in the middle of nowhere. Their 3 heavily loaded sleds travelled for 30 days and nights.( Poor dogs)
Finally they reached this top secret Observatory station which was used to spy on the Soviet Union. This massive unusual Dome structure was built in the early 70's. It became disused and unmanned in the mid 80's, they just up and left everything. The film crew strolled though the living quarters & the first bedroom they walked into had a big poster of Stevie on the wall in perfect condition.. lol.. Anyway i thought it was pretty cool

He captured some amazing shots including snow storms, sunsets and the Northern Lights..

Sorry just thought id share this kinda boring story anyway!

Landslide off the dance in the campus center dining hall.. Followed immediately by Katy Perry's roar so the good feeling didn't last long

2 amazingly rare songs to be heard in public.

Extremely shocking and def belongs here because we don't have an Unexpected Stevie thread.

Now that is very cool. Makes me think of a recent porn pic I saw of some college guys messing around in their living room and they had a poster on their wall of the cover of Say You Will. A pic I can't show you for obvious reasons.

I remember when the end of Gypsy (the guitar solo) was playing when I signed a contract and I thought that would be a good omen. Michele

Away at a conference that I am speaking at, in a restaurant with some other colleagues, the bar played the entire Rumour's album, start to finish. It sounded like it was on some kind of background track in the whole hotel, and then the Eagles came on after, Hotel California. So good.

Wow, I would've been like I belong here at this point right now, it's a sign I'm where I'm supposed to be.

I always take FM/Stevie playing in the car to be a good omen that I'm going to make it to wherever without dying in a crash
so far so good

[From an article about sports movies. I'm goingto have to go with Mighty Ducks for Joshua Jackson, but this writer likes Slap shot]

It also has one of my favorite (though short) soundtracks of any movie. I can't think of any movie and song that fit as perfectly together as "Slap Shot" and "Right Back Where We Started From" by Maxine Nightingale. The movie also features a few tracks from Fleetwood Mac, one from Elton John, and, of course, "The Stripper."
