Vote For The 2014 Set List- Competition
New tour in 2014. Possibly the last one. How about we vote for our realistic dream set list and hope the band catches wind?!?!

i'm now as jaded as others were 2 years ago, before live 2013 tour started. i gave up on expecting anything from their setlists. and i refuse to put together a "realistic dream" setlist. i already put together a realistic one, long time ago, when we received a first whiff of CM being back. i'm only interested in a complete dream setlists. the ones that will never happen but people can dream.

Back in the 1990's I had all but given up on a Stevie Nicks "DREAM SETLIST". I mean, seriously, she played the same tired set list from 1983-1994 (very few songs were changed for each solo tour).
THEN, lo and behold, the "Enchanted Tour" came along. It thought I had died and gone to heaven when Stevie dusted off some very old or never performed numbers for the tour: Sleeping Angel Rose Garden After The Glitter Fades Twisted Gold and Braid Enchanted (at that time not played since 1983) Garbo So, there's always hope. |

i learned from you. and last year's experience.
and yet i did put above the FM setlist that i would enjoy hearing, but of course will never happen. i also realized i put on that setlist some LB songs that i wouldn't put on my dream LB solo setlist because there are many more interesting solo ones i want to hear... but for FM setlist they are good enough. oh, and i forgot to put Love Minus Zero somewhere on that setlist too.

If one can dream, I'd prefer them only to
sing songs from The White Stripes. A Seven Wonders Army couldn't hold me back... |

All the hits we want to hear from 1975-1987.
With Christine back I really want to see "say you love me" "you make loving fun" "hold me" and "little lies" or "everywhere" added to the set list. |

They should start touring in the spring of 2015. This fall is too soon. They just did a tour.

If they have Christine with them, it's not too soon.

I agree. Christine returning to the band is major. Stevie's recent appearances on AHS have created buzz about her and Fleetwood Mac especially with the younger generation on twitter and other social media.
I do believe they should tour with a new album or some type of physical product released with a single including Christine. As long as Chris sings You Make Lovin Fun, Think About Me, Little Lies, and Say You Love Me, I'll be a happy camper. Honestly, I could do without Everywhere. I really think Stevie should consider singing Seven Wonders for this upcoming tour. |

Stevie songs:
Dreams Seven wonders (I loved this song long before American horror story, but now there's a reason for them to perform this again) Sara Gypsy Gold dust woman Rhiannon I would love to see That alright, but that would be like on my fantasy set list Sister of the moon Lindsey songs: Crystal I'm so afraid Go your own way Second hand news Never going back or I don't want to know Empire State (I guess that's another fantasy set list one, but Lindsey had some great songs on Mirage) Big love Family man (fantasy set list) Not that funny Christine songs: Say you love me You make loving fun Don't stop Hold me Little lies Everywhere Isn't it midnight Love in store (kind of fantasy set list, they should do this one) Songbird Only over you (another fantasy set list) And of course The Chain. World turning (I'm putting it here because I don't know if it was Lindsey's or Christine's or both) Last edited by Wdm6789; 03-21-2014 at 08:34 AM.. |
