Skyline Chili

Ok, for any of you that live in southern Ohio, or those of u that have been there, you'll probably know what I'm talking about. I remember the first time I went to Cincinnati for the Dance show back in 1997, a friend told me about this place. I went there, and I've been hooked ever since!!!!! I don't know how to describe it, but you have to try it if you're ever in Cincinnati. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!

Hopefully one day they'll expand to Minnesota.

Are you joking? I think Cinci is one of the dirtiest cities I've ever been to.

Gold Star (the Coke to Skyline's Pepsi) isn't bad, either.

Basically, Cincinnati-style chili is like a mild meat sauce served on spaghetti noodles and can be topped with grated cheese, onions, and red beans. It's a guilty pleasure in southwestern Ohio/norther Kentucky/eastern Indiana region.

The secret ingredient is....... Chocolate. Yes there is a small amount of choco in it. Lived in Cinci 9 years, awhile back.
