Oh. My. God. This movie was AWESOME! I absolutely loved it! Please, if you have the time... see this movie! It was soooo sad too I'll admit, i got a little teary-eyed cause i related so much with this character (the Corpse Bride).... she's just like me, nobody wants her I'm not gonna say anymore, i don't want to spoil it... I'm gonna see it again

DYING to see Corpse Bride. Tim Burton is just fandamntastic! Just the thing to ring in October. As some of you may or may not know, I am a October/Halloween fanatic. I travel yearly somewhere to partake in various Halloween scenes.
I started my "horror" reading list a bit early this year, but so what. lmoa. It's all I can do not to start decorating.

For those of you that liked Ed Wood (BRILLIANT!) Might I suggest a trio of books written by Greg Khin. Yes, Greg as in "Jeopardy" one hit wonder. They are a gas. Easy, quick reading, so October-ish, and VERY in the vein of Ed Wood filmaking. Sort of left field from the initial topic, but you get the pic.

Amazon Review:
Rock musician Greg Kihn obviously has tremendous affection for the kind of grade-B black and white horror films of the 50s that were turned out in record time by directors like Ed Wood and the early Roger Corman. In this first novel, he whips up a confection reminiscent of the Tim Burton movie Ed Wood--in which a Wood/Corman hybrid hangs out with a drug-addicted Béla Lugosi clone, a transvestite screenwriter, a Vampira clone, and various other oddballs in a lovingly detailed (wildroot oil on the hairdo, flash sport shirts, unfiltered Chesterfields) 50s Hollywood.

Books:
Horror Show
Big Rock Beat
&
Mojo Hand
