Default Are you ready for some football?

Ok, I know I'm a couple days late with this since the opener on Thursday, but I'm going to put on my swami hat and look into my crystal ball for the NFL this year.

NFC North-Vikings

NFC East-Eagles

NFC South-Carolina

NFC West-Seahawks

Wild Cards-Cowboys,Giants

AFC East-Patriots

AFC North-Steelers

AFC South-Colts

AFC West-Chargers

Wild Cards-Jets,Chiefs

Playoffs

1st round NFC winners, Cowboys, Seahawks. Byes, Eagles, Vikings

2nd round, Eagles over Vikings, Cowboys over Seahawks

NFC Championship, Eagles over Cowboys

AFC First round winners, Chiefs, Colts. Byes-Steelers,Patriots

2nd round, Colts over Patriots(Indy finally gets home field), Steelers over Chiefs

AFC Championship, Colts over Steelers(Once again the Steelers are the championship games' BIATCH)

Super Bowl 40, Ford Field, Detroit, Sunday February 5, 2006

Indianapolis Colts 35, Philadelphia Eagles 27.

There you have it. My predictions. Let the second guessing begin.

not a football fan, but being from Philly, i can definitely say that the Eagles will screw it up once more, like last year & all the other years they made it/almost made it to the Super Bowl.... your predictions may be right on the money after all ....

Did it ever occur to you that many women watch football and other sports without men present

Count me in as one of those women!

David, I'm a long-suffering Chiefs fan and was a little surprised to see you pick us as actually WINNING a post-season game! I've been so busy this summer that I haven't had a lot of time to pay much attention to football yet. Having said that, I plan to veg out on the couch tomorrow afternoon and watch the Chiefs vs. the Jets.

I hate watching sports on TV. Not a fan of football. I think it's all rigged anyway.

Ugh - what a nightmare.

I HATE...HATE...HATE Football.

I hate it.

But I'm aware that my reasons for hating it are pretty irrational....three of the biggest assholes on this planet (that I am related to) LOVE Football...hence...I just despise it....

despise.
