Default Free Stevie!

This tour started off awesome, but now it just seems like they are forcing Stevie to perform every night. What can we do to free her so she can rest, work on her solo album, book, movie, etc??? Reunion tours are fun, but you have to know when to say enough, Stevie's got better stuff to do, let Mick and Lindsay get back to their fab solo careers too lol...Stop dragging our girl around!

and what about Lindsey??

ok, I did realize Stevie looked tired. Don't know how hard are her solo tours, but this one may mean a high toll at their ages. They could choose the "one night only" format, one show per continent or region.

Stevie looks like she's had another bad dose of Botox. If you look at her face and her eyes they are exactly the same as they were back in 2006 when she had the Botox. She's got that same emotionless squinty-eyed tired look.

haven't you seen the latest videos? She's much more energized now than she was at the beginning of the tour.

Well, 1st thing is, I wanna be first to say this for once, it's spelled 'Lindsey'.

I think that sums up this thread. However I shall continue.

Stevie is not yours.... She knows what touring with the Mac involves, and I doubt they would tour Europe if she did not want to.

Thank you!

Stevie's great on this tour. I don't care if she doesn't move as long as she sings beautifully and sings well with LindsEy. And so far, I think she's amazing. Can't wait to see them next week in nyc.

And my hope of hopes is with Mick, that this tour will result in a new album. THAT will make up for any lack of Stevie productivity in her solo career, ten-fold.

if she wanted out, I'm sure she would get out. she's a grown, independent woman.

I agree with Jazmen if Stevie wants nothing more than stop touring she could do that. We all would understand it. Stevie has to know what she does.

Free Stevie??

Yes-Please Mick, unchain her from the shackles of this tour so that she can return to the studio, discover she has once AGAIN got some sort of block, fail to write a decent song and once AGAIN reflog all the old stuff. I love the woman, God knows. I'll go see her anytime, but if this tour wasn't happening, be quite sure she'd be doing absolutely nothing. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe that typewriter is going 90 every night after she gets offstage. I highly doubt, however, that Stevie's got a folder full of ideas that she's just dying to work on.

I agree, if she is genuinely ill, pull her for a few nights for recooperation. But come on, what could be so exhausting about what she is doing every show? I know travelling is an issue, I know she's over 60, I know she's got health problems. But to say she needs FREEING? Come on now, ridiculous. Suck it up Stevie. You've been saying you're a hard worker and a rock queen for nearly 4 decades now. It's about time to prove it.

I no longer wonder why Christine retired from these guys....

It's tiring just reading it...
