Default Favourite line from a Christine song

What's your favourite line fom any Chris song?

Solo or with Fleetwood Mac doesn't matter as long as she either wrote or co-wrote it.

I'll start with

"there's no use in crying it's all over"

or

"I tripped and I fell, got lost for a little while. Then you caught me in your loving arms, rescued me with your smile"

But when it comes to love, he better leave me alone
coz I got you baby, and you give me all the love I need
yes you give me all the love I need!

It's three lines, but who cares. It's friggin's glorious.

"there's no step for you to dance to, so slip your hand inside of my glove."

Well, Gail took my favorite CM solo line from "Givin' It Back".

From Fleetwood Mac, my favorite has to be also from "Why"...

'Cos my heart will rise up with the morning sun
And the hurt I feel will simply melt away

And....

When you look at me with those brown eyes

Could that be a metaphor for something a bit more earthy?

Your mood is like a circus wheel,
You're changing all the time,

from Over my head, I know she's talking about me

So don't worry baby, I'll be alright
And I'll never make you
I'll never make you
I'll never make you cry.

How many times have I said that??

Perv. always liked that "make me a woman tonight" line from Warm Ways, more for laughs than anything else. I like the one Mary Anne posted from
Why. And... hmm. Oh, from Show Me a Smile:
Shine me a light from your eyes dear
Don't let me see a single tear
Take everything easy
Show me a smile
Soon you'll be a man
My little one
So have fun while you can
Or there'll be none

And her obvious lyrical masterpiece
And he could pick me up
In a big fancy car
Then I could pretend
I was a big movie star

I just drove from northern CA back to southern CA in my new car which has an AUX function -- so with my iPod, I got to listen to lots of CM songs -- one of my favorites:

Girls you know
When you're in the mood
(In the mood)
You may meet a man
Can't do anything good
