Default that naked pic.....

You know .. the one where he's lying on that lilo thing in the pool, with his stratigically(?) placed guitar ...was that on the cover of RS and/or as an article inside? What article was that?

I'm hiding in the shadows 'cause I didn't want to admit I didn't know! lol!

I bet Jo and Jensen may know, or Nancy, but she is out of town for now.....

I'll ask around a few other places and see what I come up with. Sorry I wasn't any help on this one.

I don't recall exactly, but I think was some sort of pictorial in Rolling Stone in the mid-80s by Annie Liebowitz (sp?). I don't remember the reason for the photo though....

My sources tell me it from the 1984 Rolling Stone article called "The Lonely Guy". That's also the one with the pic of him with the big bag of fan mail.
At least I knew who to ask!
hee hee!

Exclamation Really?!?!?

From burnish.net...

I thought part of this porn article with David Forest (once the Fritz booking agent) was pretty damn interesting. This is the only Mac related portion, so feel free to *not* click. It's not work safe.

Sechrest asks what it was like managing Stevie Nicks, who he calls not only one of his favorite entertainers, but one of his favorite women in history. Forest replies, "She was a diva from the very beginning, but she was 20 when I got involved with her and I was 18. She knew she was a good little singer, but this band she was in at the time, Fritz, just couldn't stand her. They knew she was a good front woman and she made them different from other local bands, but I had to drive her to jobs because they just wouldn't take her. I'd take her to buy her clothes even and from the very beginning she was into the scarves and the long, flowing things. She was beautiful, really. Although, the most beautiful of all was Lindsey Buckingham."

Yeah, that bolded part is my fave part of the article. LMAO!! He said this, why? I am wondering how he meant this..sarcastically, funny, serious? I agree WHOLE-HEARTEDLY of course...regardless.

Default hmm..

I don't think the picture and the article are related Wondergirl ( in fact I'm CERTAIN theyr'e not!) but they both feature on the scroll down thingy....eeewww, that David Forest sounds kinda creepy, and yes, HOW do you interpret the last few lines of that article? (she says cringing,..... but in total agreement that Lindsey is beautiful....) Lets hope he was just joking!

Not that this is life or death or anything, but I'm pretty sure it was not part of that Lonely Guy article. I think it came a little bit after that article...when his hair was even taller.

If the pool picture was in the same issue as the mailbag photo, then it was definitely a bit later on after that Lonely Guy feature article, because the mailbag photo was a picture of the bags of mail RS received from women after that 84 feature article was published.

I think the raft picture was in the Lonely Guy article, and the mail bag one must have been in a later one. His hair was pretty high in all of 84, I think. The one on the raft with the hawaiian shirt and shorts must have been an outtake.

As for that Forest guy, well maybe guys are his preference. He thought Stevie was beautiful, but he really wanted to get with Lindsey, or he really could just be bein' a wise ass!
Ya think? hee hee

Yeah, I read it, and I'm not saying Lindsey was interested in him at all, lol, I'm saying it could have been the other way around, silly, haha!
