Cosmo's view of baths...

It's disgusting. I'm sitting there in a tepid pool
of my own filth, all kinds of microscopic parasites
and organisms all around me...

My old apartments had shower stalls only.House I'm in now have both and do both.If the water stops.I have no problem with that because I got a running stream in the backyard.

LOL only kidding.

I agree wholeheartedly. I always feel the need to take a shower after taking a bath.

If you put enough bath bubbles in there, you can forget all about the parasites.

I don't like taking a dip in the local community pool. You got kids pissing in them plus a million other germs swimming around you.I don't care how much chlorine they dump in the pool.

Me too. I used to go, but now have a pool at home, and think public pools are disgusting(let's not even mention LAKES). You KNOW those kids are pissing in it! And I always admonish all my pool guests....I'd better not see that certain look of relief on your face! You can pee in my yard, but not in the pool!

And Cosmo is right, to a certain extent...if I'm really filthy(like after mowing for several hours), I'll shower the main dirt off, then take my bath!

I hang with a pretty wild crowd. We have another rule, too(seriously)...no c*m in the pool, either.

Maybe it's just the ridiculously innocent mind I have, but I struggle to think of a scenario where that would be an issue :/

When they're naked, and making out like their plane is going down, the remaining swimmers appreciate the warning being issued.

And for the respiratorily talented, underwater feats have been attempted with near success. Once we all realized that completion was possible, we reexamined the "pool rules".

My friends are pretty wild. Throw in a few fifths of whiskey, and look out!

I haven't had any parties like that for ages. Not only do I not have a pool here (it's Scotland!) but the people I used to party like that with were part of a circle of friends from years ago. It was an "educational" time for me when I was 16-20!

A storm knocked out our power at work today. Can you imagine sitting in your therapist's office when everything goes dark? Thank God no one was on the elevator- the power stayed out all afternoon.

Is Scotland a LOT colder than the states. I really haven't much of an idea...

Many of my friends are 21-25, thus explaining the wild parties!
