OMG We just can't have that on this board. There definitely should be some kind of punishment.

Yes I agree - Oh Blasphemy, Blasphemy oh sweet Blasphemy

Maybe I should be forced to listen to that awful version of Songbird ten times over!

On a more serious note my point is that no one really knows why a marriage or a relationship breaks up. It always sad when it happens but it's very rarely completely one person's "fault". We can only speculate if we want but it's actually non of our business. To his and her credit neither of them has spoken about it publicly (to my knowledge). Some of us (not me) may know more about what happened and quite rightly respect Chris and Eddy's privacy and don't discuss it.

I'll get off my soap box now and shut up and do what I'm actually paid for and get some work done!

Gail

Yeah, that would do it, although having to listen to that version 10 times would be almost like torture, at least for me.

I agree. There are some things best left unsaid.

Yes. I think we all have a tendency (and I am including myself in that) to think that because we all like Christine the marriage break up must have been Eddy's fault and treat him as the devil incarnate.

My gut reaction when I first heard that they had split was to assume that he was a total arsehole!

Well, he would HAVE to be, right? It most certainly couldn't be our Chris' fault!

Maybe he just could not handle a talented and successful wife. Some men no matter who they are do have a problem with that.
