We have another physician here who can diagnose her condition.
I suspect they avoided eye contact because Stevie is accustomed to being photographed in public.

I don't need to be a doctor. 3 years before this photo was taken Joe Walsh stated in multiple interviews that he needed to break up from Stevie because they were doing so many drugs that if they stayed together he thought they would die. Paul Fishkin stated there were near overdoses on the road. This photo was taken probably one year before she entered rehab. Some photos from this era she looks fine. Other photos not so much. Its the same thing from the klonopin era. Some photos she looks great and other photos you know there is a problem. Not understanding what the big deal is. Stevie is beautiful but I don't think she looks particularly good in the photo. It was the mid 80's and that says a lot.
Don't understand what the big deal is here. I think you should stick to commenting your opinions instead of always commenting on other's comments with snide remarks.
