Woody Allen is pretty damn funny...his neurosis anyway. I think the funniest "person" on the planet is probably Cosmo Kramer.

Yes, it is a consolation that you prefer ghostbusters to Star Trek. I'll give you points for that.

I don't know if he's the funniest, but he is in my top five. I dissent on Ghostbusters...Star Trek all the way.
