Kids Incorporated is correct. I love watching the reruns of that - Fergie as a 10 year old with sideways ponytail = entertainment for hours.

No, I don't have TV, but I will probably look him up on You Tube. I had never seen, or heard of him before you posted that pic, but he looks like trouble, and therefore I was immedately interested.
