Default If you could eat at one resturant, what would it be?

Being a lover of good food and memorable dining experiences, I thought it would be fun to start a thread about a place that any of my fellow ledgies have dreamed about eating at or have already had a chance to take in. It doesn't neccecarily have to be expensive, just someplace that you would love to eat at. For me the #1 place I want to dine at before I die is:

The French Laundry in the napa valley

Followed closely by:

Per Se, Jean-Georges, and Rao's, all in NYC.

I was at The French Laundry on Valentine's Day! Best. Meal. EVER. We stayed up there that night, too. The French Laundry is in a really random part of Napa-- totally the middle of nowhere, which adds to the charm of it.

I feel like this thread was made for me because my answer came so quickly to me. Cha Cha Cha in San Francisco. I LIVE here already but if I could, I'd be there every day. Amazing food, amazing drinks (ohmygod sangria), amazing bartenders/staff.... I seriously can't rave enough about the place. Marissa's been there with me, she can explain.

I don't know what I'll do without this place in Seattle. I'm genuinely worried.
