Well Viv, you seem to be a sweetheart, but the problem is I don't want to be ripped to shreds

Like I have said before there's a lot of speculation and the ONLY way to know what is or is not going on for sure is if someone in the band actually says something.

Besides like I was telling Dee, my theory is long (encompassing several years) and would take some time to explain.

See the reason I mentioned anything as all was I wanted to get some feed back from other fans that have been around longer and too bounce some of my ideas off everyone to see what they thought, to maybe try and test my theories.

Now I just think I should drop it and talk about other things.

Ha! It's ok, it's ok. I think the topic was Sacramento.

I'm confused, too. Is the speculation that John McVie is pissed about something?

This reminds me of when someone says, "hey guess what?" and you say "what" and they say "nevermind."

I just caught up. What's more offensive to me is that it keeps getting brought up, vaguely, and then dropped. Who cares about offending each other about people we don't know? It's all just speculation! But now I am curious!

Well she got scared off - I can't blame her.

I'm sure there are lots of other places where they wouldn't scare off that sort of talk though. So, it's all good.

Wearing a scarf myself, but not the Stevie kind. Mine is wool plaid and it's not masking a scandal.

Did you hear Stevie say she was tired of being a cleaning lady and a waitress back then, but she could go back to it in a minute?

I imagine so, if she took Karen with her. Michele

Fleetwood Mac: Chain ... keeps them together

Sacramento Press [click for 67 pictures]

by Barry Wisdom, published on July 8, 2013 at 2:45 PM

Supergroup Fleetwood Mac closed out the U.S. portion of its Live 2013 tour at Sacramento's Sleep Train Arena Saturday (July 6) evening, delivering everything a fan could want (sans Christine McVie).

Founding members John McVie and Mick Fleetwood, as well as Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks – who joined the group in 1975 – were present to fuel the emotion-filled nostalgia fest that had fans on their feet with camera phones held high, just as they (and possibly their children) had done with butane-filled lighters back in the day.

The tour, which kicked off in April, resumes in September with a spate of dates in the United Kingdom and Europe before continuing south-of-the-equator for concerts in Australia and New Zealand.

I didn't see a single thing from anyone that would remotely cause someone to be scared off... Now, maybe there was something that happened in another thread at another time, but.....

I did hear that! It made me think for a second. Maybe she was practicing with the frakenboks but bossing Karen around makes more sense. "Karen, order up! Karen, table 2 like now! Karen, where's my tip?!" Lol
