2) a song about her Mom

3) a song about Christine returning

4) add backround vocals to the rest of the songs....voila your done~!

Exactly!!!

I would much rather listen to Lindsey's new songs than anything that a Stevie has done lately. You Can't Fix This is the only song from this decade that I enjoy, and even then, she sounds like she's mooing.

So in your opinion, does this mean she has moved on from sounding like a goat or a lamb and graduated into sounding like a cow?

Haha yes! Let's see what farm animal she'll do next. We'll make it a game.

When I sing I sound like a dying cat.LOL...............

Get rid of Dave G's noise in "You Fix This" and replace him with Waddy,Lindsey or even Lady A's lead guitarist ,I would of enjoyed it.

Thank goodness that he was not playing with her on Jimmy's show last week .But he did gave a great interview with his buddy though.I gave him credit for that.

Its a great song and will written and Stevie was great but I would prefer to hear her vocals.

Stevie has a stock pile of old demos she can use them if she wants part with them and to give them to FM.This will save her time to write something new.

Once Stevie shows up.Once they put their mind to it.They will get it done .

With todays hi-tech digital studios .They can create magic quickly.

Speaking of Dave S .Dave S is heading to Nashville and Waddy is going there according to the other thread on here .I wonder whats up there.

I was going to start a new thread on this, but saw this segue on this thread: Stevie (In addition to one really good NEWLY written song) could definitely contribute the following:

Re-record "Joan of Arc" similar to how it was recorded for Tango (why this wasn't put on Tango is a travesty, but anywho).

"All The Beautiful Worlds"

Finsh a bridge for "If You Were My Love".

These could all be spectacular still with the right production (or lack of over-production) IMHO.

Per Dave S's Facebook, he's spending a few weeks in Nashville. And speaking of Nashville, you lot may be interested in this from Instagram which was posted 15 hours ago. Thanks to @justlikehome on Twitter for finding it. The very top of the photograph is cropped but it was just addressed to the girl whose Instagram account it is. And yes, it DOES say Go Your Own Way.

So we have Dave, Waddy and apparently Christine in Nashville.

Maybe we are going to have a mixed bag of producers on this album. Dave, Michael Froom and Lindsey?

I lifted part of the thread from the "Stevie Section"

I know...after Stevie's success with Lady Antebellum..
A country Album is on the cards for The Mac, that's why they are in Nashville.

Dave records his albums there and Stevie has done work there before as well...Just because someone is working in Nashville doesn't mean it has to be country...A lot of people record there because there are vast amount of resources available in a single area...
