I have lost and gained weight - the healthy way - through diet and exercise - and have never had an excess skin issue...granted I've never been obese or more than say 25 pounds overweight - but even at the weight I consider ideal for myself I'm considered overweight by society -

And Oprah wasn't like hugely Obese - so

- my mom lost a lost of weight near 50 - she had no excess skin issues either

Tracye - we get it at 6 PM. There are 2 half-hour shows back-to-back. The first one is usually the guest of that same day, and the 2nd one is a rerun from the previous day.

She gave those people a $28,000 car. Yes they had to pay the tax as do ALL people who receive a gift on a show - though sadly few claim it. Not that I don't see your point, I just think that the thought really counts in this instance. Oprah did not have to do this!

I love Oprah and if she says she didn't have anything done then she didn't. Last year she did a spread in her magazine showing what it takes to get ready for a photo shoot. You should see what that woman looks like in the morning without makeup.

As for the lipo, she has literally worked her ass off. If she says she didn't have it, she didn't, she's no liar!

Sheryl's new love song for Lance is really pretty. It's poignant actually. They are really cute together. I'm trying to buy a LiveStrong bracelet but I can't get on the site which doesn't surprise me. They are trying to break the record for the number of bracelets purchased in a day.

Lance is so cute and sweet, he blushed a few times! Hehe. I love these two together. It could even last 5 or 6 years!

That's like a lifetime these days.
