David,

You have a wicked sense of humor, which explains why you are such a legend here on the Ledge.

(Sweet, little kid singing La Bamba, though.)

I'd like to say just one thing - those people who create boots with official versions on them suck (such is the case here with Family Man and TITN). Van doesn't though, 'cos she didn't do it, and also because this here batch contains the best outtake ever - Special Kind Of Love.

Can't see Gerald saying "blergh" to these Little Lies either.

But the sentiments are the same....

A Big THANK YOU to you Vanessa....for all your time and work and for having these gems to share.

LOL. Shows that I really need to listen to something before I post. I'll remove them.

Could someone please upload an audio file of the Little Lie's riff, the current file is an mpeg which I can't get to open. I don't know that these are that rare but it's what I have to share with you fine sharers of demos.

actually, these are two of my fave demo's. It's unbelievable that Lindsey's riff turned out to be LL. It's a basictrack for a better song. I've been humming three different melodylines on it and I'd love it to record some experiments over it. I'm not a musician, I play nothing, I can't sing and Rythm is NOT my middle name...but this track is friggin' inspiring.

HAIL TO DANAX6.

Thanks for posting Vanessa!!!
Yeah, I hope it does, too. BECAUSE, I want to hear if the "final" version sounds as much like "Second Hand News" as the GOS track does. I guess when one is trying to write a "hit", self-plagiarism comes with the territory.

It didn't exactly work for "Countdown"...
