Default The Zoo (Mick & Billy Thorpe) on Australian TV

For those who don't visit Chit Chat:

http://www8.sendthisfile.com/d.jsp?t...hBj2Sm8Zz4GhTy

The program I used to do the conversion from DVD to mpeg did a fairly ordinary job.

When I get a chance (next weekend?) I'll try another conversion program and re-post.

Live and Sweaty was an Australian sports themed comedy program, broadcast on the ABC (our equivalent of the BBC) from 1991 until 1995. Not sure what year this was.

With Billy Thorpe, that would be around '92 or '93.

RIP Billy Thorpe.

Thanks but this message comes up at that site's page when I go to that link:

"There was a problem retrieving your file. Transfer number is missing. Please make sure the entire link in your email is in tact."

...and when I click on "Try Again" the message stays the same.

Can you reupload it? Thanks in advance.

John

Very interseting. I recognize Mick, Bekka, and Billy Thorpe from the "Shakin' The Cage" band, and Isaac Asanté from the "Tango" and "Mask" tours (hard to miss), but I don't recognize the rest of the band.

I can't get it to open, but could Brett Tuggle be in there somewhere? He was the keyboardist on Shakin' The Cage. Is the guitarist right-handed or left-handed?

That's what I thought, too.

Brett Tuggle only lists the US tour himself. From memory the guitarist is right-handed, thin and tallish and the bass player possibly looks hispanic.

I really couldn't see the keyboardist too well, but it didn't look like Brett. The other two guys were not Tom or Greg.

Nope, Brett. Dan Garfield was on the BTM tour and Lindsey's OotC tour.

Oooh ok! I knew he was on the BTM and OOTC tour (and the SA tour) - but I didn't know Brett went all the way back to 87.

No, he didn't play on FMac's "Shake The Cage" tour. The Zoo's Shakin' The Cage album came out around the same time as Lindsey's Out Of The Cradle...in 1992.
