Yeah ..can't believe Rooms on Fire was left off also If Anyone Falls.. two of her best solo hits and there are a few errors If You Ever Did Believe newly written in 1998

Definitely a peculiar choice... but I do love the last minute or so of that song.

I've Grown to like WISYA. As stated, the last part when LB sings is haunting.

The last minute(Lindsey) is the only tolerable part of the song.

It's like a turd dinner followed by the best dessert ever.

I don’t know....I kind of like this song.
It’s different and her voice sounds different...
Yes I know she was messed up at this time, you can hear that in her voice.
I also understand Lindsey had to put the song together from various sources.
And then he comes in at the end, just edging her out.
Wonderful stuff.

Oh yeah, well you can take it to the other room along with Welcome to the room Sara!

I think perhaps you have been staring at the stairs a tad too long!

Soon you will be wondering which set of doors are yours?

Not today Satan....not today

From what we learned from the Tango sessions, this "great" part by Lindsey was created more out of necessity than want. Its possible the song did not sound complete and Stevie was not around (oh yeah, she was drunk somewhere or in rehab) and Lindsey needed something creative.
The limits to this guy are endless. Could you imagine if Lindsey wrote a book. This chapter would be called "Tango in the fright"

Well, the main critique for all these years, of course, was her repeating "Wassamatta baby" a million times over.

Would Bob Dylan say that? I think not. $he ain't no Bob Dylan.

The ending is the only saving grace the song has. I'm surprised it made the cut!

I've played several Bob Dylan songs backwards and have heard numerous Whatsamatta Babies

I just had a flashback from Rolling Stone's review of Tango in the Night and how they made fun of the endless Whatsamatta babies something like......enough already

You leave her compositions alone!! She's a very nice lady that cares about the other members of the band first, and that's why her songs don't always come off so good!!! She puts herself second to the band.
